I’d love to hear about eating more plant based. I feel a similar desire but everyone is shouting about animal protein and getting your 100+ grams in. I know they’re not mutually exclusive, though. If you’re willing to share, I’d be interested in hearing!
Yes, I do hear that everywhere (about animal protein)…I’m not so sure about it though….I sort of think you have to consciously let that go and just stop listening to those voices. 😂 Science actually says plant based folks have fewer diseases and a longer life expectancy. There was about a week or two of adjustment when I felt hungrier than usual, but it’s been six weeks now and I feel better than ever. More energy, better sleep, ect. The hunger evened itself out. I do make sure to eat protein with every meal and snack but I’m not obsessive about it.
